Toys for Tots Helps Santa

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii and Castle & Cooke Hawaii recently co-sponsored open warehouse space at Dole Cannery and transfomed it into Santa’s workshop. As part of the Toys for Tots collection kickoff, toys were collected, sorted and distributed to various community organizations. Young musicians T.J. Tario, Maile Cha, Asia Doike and Heejiin Kang, as well as Chandra Susilo and Teresa Ou (not pictured) recently competed in Honolulu and will go on to compete in the Music Teachers National Association’s Southwest Regional in Las Cruces, N.M., in January.
