KIA Donates $8,000 To Schools
The Kakaako Improvement Association made a presentation of $8,000 each to KCAA Muriel Preschool and Voyager Public Charter School at a recent board of directors’ meeting. Proceeds were from the 2009 KIA Invitational Golf Tournament held last month at Pearl Country Club. The schools service and educate keiki from 2 years old through the eighth grade.
