CRCH Receives $9,000
The Friends of the Cancer Research Center of Hawaii (CRCH) was presented with a check of more than $9,000 recently by Xcel International Inc. The donation was made as part of an ongoing partnership to promote skin cancer awareness and prevention through UV protection. The Hawaii State Public Library System (HSPLS) recently announced its 2009 Employee of the Year and Team of the Year recipients, who were recognized and honored at a Board of Education meeting.
