Sansei Specials for Easter Early Birds.
Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar will offer 50 percent off all food and sushi from 5:30 to 6 p.m. Easter Sunday, making early Easter dining an affordable choice for large family gatherings. The offer applies to all menu items, and also to Easter special dishes like the Easter Sunrise Flower ($12) - fresh slices of ahi with furikake rice and spicy tuna with quail egg, drizzled with unagi glaze.
A favorite of Sansei regulars is the fatty, flavorful ootoro, and Sunday’s specials feature the bluefin tuna as nigiri sushi ($17) or as sushi ($35). Entrees include Rice Paper Wrapped New Zealand Salmon ($25) and Everåything Crusted Fresh Håawaiian Ono (with wasabi-infused mashed potatoes, tomato lomi and a ginger-carrot coulis) $28.
Dinner service at the popular sushi restaurant and bar is from 5:30 until 10 p.m.

Dry-Aged Steaks on Easter Menu at d.k’s Steak House.
Prime rib is one of the most popular entrees on an Easter buffet (check how many restaurants are serving it this weekend), but not all rib is created equal, and a fatty, overcooked piece of meat is not anything worth celebrating. At d.k’s Steak House in Waikiki, they’ve aged their prime rib for 30 days, giving it added flavor and increasing the tenderness of the meat. It’s the only dry-aging room in the state and therefore the only place to try this special, grilled-to-order feast. The 12-ounce rib meat is served with bleu cheese butter and rosemary au jus. The steak house, on the third floor of the Waikiki Beach Marriott Hotel, also has locally caught snapper on the menu. Served with prosciutto, a leek confit, truffle gnocchi and lump crab meat, the prosciutto Wrapped Fresh Island Snapper ($32.95) is on the menu for one evening only.

Children under age 5 eat free; $18 for children ages 6-12.

Real-deal Pizza at Antonio’s.
Antonio’s pizza is the real deal. Joe Tramontano uses only top-quality ingredients.“A lot of other places have switched to low-fat mozzarella, for example,” says the Connecticut native, “We won’t. We use full fat cheese - it has more flavor.” In addition to pizza, salads and sandwiches, Antonio’s also offers pasta, hoagies, cal-zones, Philly cheese-steaks and desserts, including freshly made cannoli and N.Y. cheesecake.
