Waimanalo Polo Opens June 5

Del.icio.usPolo starts up again in Windward Oahu on June 5, kicking off the 25th year of exciting matches sponsored by Honolulu Polo Club on the Waimanalo polo field.
A special prize of a limited-edition “HPC 25 Polo” ball will go to the first 25 members on opening day.
Matches begin at 2:30 p.m. each Sunday through Oct. 30. Gates open at 1 p.m. for tailgating. Therapeutic Horsemanship of Hawaii hosts a snack bar on the top deck of the clubhouse, which is reserved for the club’s social members. June 5 and 12 matches will feature the Naturally Hawaiian Honu League, followed by the McGregor Cup on Father’s Day (June 19).
Admission is $3, and free to children under 12.
The polo field is located across from Bellows at 41-1062 Kalanianaole Hwy.
