Teen Makes Magic At Koolau Center July 22

Koolau Center’s monthly magic show, Ohana Magic, Live!, will begin at 7 p.m. July 22 featuring guest magician Tyler Yafuso in an encore performance.

The 18-year-old illusionist has many competitions under his belt and tricks up his sleeves. Yafuso began his career at age 5, doing tricks for his family. Then he moved on to elementary school talent shows, birthdays, corporate events and more. As the youngest professional magician in Hawaii, he was picked to go to a national magic competition in Las Vegas, where he placed second.

Also in the July 22 show are regulars The Great Davidio and Mr. O. A close-up magician will entertain during the hour prior to the main event, along with a balloon artist. Koolau Magic Theatre is located in the corridor next to Times Supermarket.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for children age 11 and younger, but $2 less if purchased in advance from Temple Valley Dental Group.
