* EAST PARADE The Kaimuki Christmas Parade begins at 6 p.m. Dec. 2 from Chaminade campus, then down Waialae Avenue to the municipal parking lot. Call 733-4047.
** HANAUMA FILMS Hanauma Education Center has a free film screening of End of the Line at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 2. The film is produced by Rupert Murray and narrated by Ted Danson. On Dec. 9 the park will show National Geographic’s Hidden Hawaii. Call 397-5840.
* CONCERTS Kahala Mall presents Mailani at 2 p.m. Dec. 4,and Oahu Community Band at 6 p.m. Dec. 8 at center court, plus numerous school performances. Call 732-7736.
** CRAFT FAIR Season’s Best Craft & Gift Fair is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 4 at Aliiolani Elementary School, with more than 200 booths.
* BLOOD D DRIVES Hawaii Blood Bank has donor drives from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 5 at Hawaii Kai Towne Center; 7 to 11:30 a.m. Dec. 9 at Saint Louis School; and 8 a.m. to noon Dec. 19 at Safeway Kapahulu. Call 845-9966.

* COLLECTION N DRIVE The Kaimuki location of Hawaii Self Storage (2909 Waialae Ave.) welcomes donations for Ho’omalu O Na Kamali’i, a children’s receiving home on the Leeward Coast.
