* KCC ART KCC’s Koa Art Gallery presents artist Jon Hamblin at 10 a.m. Oct. 6 on discussing his creative process in the show Confluence (through Oct. 9). The gallery also has 1930s paintings and drawings by Ruth Patterson Hart through Oct. 21 in Lama Library. Call 734-9374.

* TEA PARTY Livable Hawaii Kai Hui throws a Mad Hatter Tea Party from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 23 (rescheduled from Sept. 4) at Oahu Clu with decadent sweets, finger sandwiches, a silent auction, tea , wine and more.
