Adm. Patrick M. Walsh, commander, U.S. Pearl Harbor, and wife Andy Kaye join Adm. Robert F. Willard and wife Donna Willard in cutting a ceremonial cake Sept. 25 following the change of command ceremony aboard Naval Station Pearl Harbor. Walsh assumed command of U.S. Pacific Fleet from Willard. Willard is now Commander, U.S. Pacific Command.
