Cancer survivor Chris Pablo will receive the 2007 Patti Schuler Recognition Award at the American Cancer Society’s annual Boots on the Beach benefit, set for Nov. 3 at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. Clinical psychologist Helene Satz has joined the Kailua office of the Counseling Spiritual Care Center of Hawaii as its first Jewish counselor. You don’t have to be Jewish to see her though.
