Grand marshal of Waimanalo’s Christmas Parade last Saturday was Jimmy Torres, executive director of the Waimanalo Teen Project. As he did in Kaneohe, Mayor Mufi Hannemann hoofed it in the parade, which shut down the highway for marchers to cross Kalanianaole ... David and Deedee Taylor have moved their cameras and studio to Kailua Square, setting up next to Cinnamon’s on Uluniu Street.
