JOHN CURTAS, restaurant critic for Nevada Public Radio, says the Mandalay Bay‘s Fleur de Lys is the best Las Vegas restaurant of 2005, and the best dessert is the Chocolate-Nutella Beignets with Creme Anglais from the SW Steakhouse in the Wynn Las Vegas. Never met a radio guy who didn’t like free food - in fact, the fringe benefits are so good that even Bruce Willis will play (a late-night) DJ in his new movie.
