PIZZA HUT has offered heiress Paris Hilton and Alex Vaggo (her pizza-delivery boyfriend) elephant dollars to star in its 2008 Super Bowl ad. In the commercial, Alex delivers a pizza to Paris’s house and they live happily ever after. Who knew they had a Pizza Hut in Beverly Hills?

THE GEORGIA BULLDOGS spent the week of the Sugar Bowl in the Riverside Hilton right across the street from Harrah’s Casino. Coach Mark Richt told his team that Harrah’s (and other casinos) are off-limits before the game, saying “There’s no reason for our players to be in there.” Coach Jones’ message covered more ground. He said “Stay away from all of the things we shouldn’t be around ... we know what we should and shouldn’t be doing. This is a business trip, and we should act like it.
I’m going to stay out of the casino anyway. I’d probably just blow my money.”
BY THE WAY,there are no sports books in New Orleans ... in the U.S., betting on sports is only legal in Las Vegas.
