OVER AT THE Venetian you can see and tour the $40-million theater that’s home to Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular. The replica of the 1,800-seat Paris Opera House is open to the public Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for free, and for double the ticket price you get show tickets, a backstage tour and meet and greet with the cast.
