On Wednesdays, Prince presents various artists and the discoveries of his “Purple Reign,” and on Fridays and Saturdays it’s his purpleness in person (tickets are $125). Opening daily at 5 p.m., 3121 Jazz Cuisine is the official “Erotic City” eatery, but don’t expect to see Raspberry Beret on the dessert menu.

DIAMONDS are a girl’s best friend, and the SKYLOFTS at the MGM and Joël Robuchon’s restaurant (both featured on Kimo’s Vegas on OC16) are a close second. Both have been awarded the AAA Five Diamond

Award. More than 60,000 hotels and dining establishments across the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean were considered, and only 93 resorts and 58 restaurants earned the esteemed award.

THE MGM Mirage is selling the Primm Valley Resorts. Buffalo Bill’s, Whiskey Pete’s and the Primm Valley Casino are all guy favorites while their ladies are busy in the outlet stores. The new owners, Herbst Gaming, are the folks who own the Terribles Casinos.

THE FATE of the famous Stardust sign has been sealed. The Neon Museum (downtown) was gifted the sign by the Boyds.

THE LAS VEGAS Hilton may be the next Vegas property to have a date with the wrecking ball (in the next year or so).
