Windward Mall Celebrates 25th Anniversary With Entertainment, Sidewalk Sale

As part of Windward Mall’s monthlong anniversary and grand reopening celebration, an entire weekend of events is scheduled for this weekend (Aug. 10 to 12). Enjoy entertainment by Fiji, as well as an Ohana Concert featuring Hapa, sponsored by Windward Mall’s new Borders. There also will be a sidewalk sale, with special offers and discounts throughout the mall.

Friday, Aug. 10
6 to 7 p.m. - Ohana Concert featuring Hapa
Saturday, Aug. 11
Noon to 2 p.m. - KCCN radio remote featuring Lina Girl and Pipi
Noon to 1:30 p.m. - Meet Lt. Andy Baldwin of ABC’s The Bachelor
Noon to 5 p.m. - Border’s In-Store Meet, Greet and Book Signings with author Terry Fritts (noon to 1 p.m.), illustrator Don Robinson (2 to 3 p.m.) and children’s book author Mike Sullivan (4 to 5 p.m.)
5 to 6 p.m. - Fiji in concert

Sunday, Aug. 12
Noon to 2 p.m. - Hot 93.9 radio remote with Rory Wild and Gregg Hammer
1 to 2 p.m. - Autograph session and photo opportunity with Tadd Fujikawa
2 to 4 p.m. Windward Mall’s Comedy Block “A Look Back at the 80s” featuring Frank De Lima (2 to 2:30 p.m.), Andy Bumatai (2:45 to 3:15 p.m.) and Da Braddahs (3:30 to 4 p.m.)
