Pearlridge Center Welcomes New Tenants

Pearlridge Center has announced that Blue Hawaii Surf and Title Guaranty Escrow will open this fall, and Bed Bath & Beyond and Panda Express will open later this summer. Also, Aeropostale opened its doors June 18.
Aeropostale is located Uptown, first level, next to Gymboree. The 2,900-square-foot store features high-quality, fashion-forward casual apparel and accessories for teens and young adults.
Title Guaranty Escrow will open a 1,000-square-foot office in September. It will be located in Pearlridge West in the former Modern Shoe Repair and Pearlridge Barber Shop & Hairstyling spaces.
The new 2,800-square-foot Blue Hawaii Surf store will be located Uptown, second level, in the former Kazu Couture and Cathay Kai locations. The local lifestyle retailer features men’s, women’s and kids’ surf and skate equipment, apparel and accessories. It is expected to open in November.
Bed Bath & Beyond will open its first Hawaii store in the nearly 66,000-square-foot former Circuit City location. Bed Bath & Beyond’s extensive line of merchandise includes bed linens, bath accessories, window treatments, kitchen linens, as well as cookware, dinnerware, glassware, lifestyle accessories, closet and storage items and juvenile items.
Panda Express will open this spring in the Uptown Food Court. The location was formerly Patti’s Chinese Kitchen.
