Sorelle Fashion Trunk Show July 9
View some of the latest fashion trends from L.A.‘s Fashion District at the Sorelle Fashion Trunk Show July 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Ala Moana Hotel (in the Pakalana Room on the second floor).
There will be clothing, handbags and accessories, as well as jewelry by Silpada available for sale. The event is free and open to the public.
It’s the first fashion trunk show for event hosts Michelle Lau, and Renee and Kylene Yamauchi.

New Merchants At Ward Centers
Ward Centers welcomes four new merchants Curry King, The Watch & Jewelry Company, San Lorenzo Bikinis & Clothing and Ninja Sushi to its family of more than 135 shops and eateries. Curry King is expected to open Aug. 15 at Ward Warehouse, and specializes in Japanese curry dishes such as pork katsu, tempura shrimp, salmon katsu, Japanese ramen and more. The Watch & Jewelry Company features a wide selection of designer watches and elegant fine jewelry, including designs by Denny Wong and Feraud. The store will open mid-August and is located in Ward Centre, near Brookstone.
San Lorenzo Bikinis & Clothing is located in Ward Entertainment Center and offers hundreds of suits to choose from, as well as a variety of beachwear clothing and cover-ups, locally crafted jewelry, sunglasses, hats and sandals.
Ninja Sushi is now located streetfront at Ward Centre and offers a menu of traditional and specialty sushi rolls, as well as salads, bentos and udon.
Paina Cafe also has relocated to a bigger location that was previously occupied by the Chowder House at Ward Warehouse. Paina Cafe’s fully renovated restaurant now offers air conditioning, indoor seating, free Wi-Fi with any purchase, and an expanded menu with coffee drinks, acai bowls and more, in addition to its fresh and healthy menu selections such as poke bowls, salads, sandwiches and smoothies.
