New Brands at Shasa
Shasa Emporium at Kahala Mall has added a variety of items from some of today’s hottest brands to its collection. Some of these new labels include: Junk Food (the retro logo and vintage album cover tees often seen on celebrities like Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan), Robin’s Jeans (from the designer behind Hudson jeans, this new line of premium denim features stretch denim and fabulous embellishments), Suzanna Monaco (comfortable and practical, yet feminine jersey knit tops), Johnson (stars like Jessica and Ashley Simpson and Mischa Barton have been spotted wearing shorts from this line), Rebel Yell (novelty tops and statement tees with embellishments), Soul Revival (the original designer of the Joystick label creates shirts and skirts with whimsical embroidered unicorns, hearts, stars and flowers), Puella (amazingly cute feminine dresses and tops in cotton voile and knits), Bailey 44 (sexy, slinky jersey dresses and tops in rich fall solid colors), Ticci (terry cloth and jersey dresses and tops reminiscent of Juicy, but dressed up with wooden bead detailing), and Anna Paul (jersey knit floor-length halter dresses with bohemian chic crochet rouching, and halter tops that were made for wearing with your favorite jeans). Santa’s Secret Workshop At Macy’s
Macy’s presents Santa’s Secret Workshop by the Hawaii Children’s Discovery Center at Macy’s Ala Moana on Saturday, Dec. 10 and Sunday, Dec. 11 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Keiki ages 5 to 10 can create holiday crafts at the fseveral arts and crafts stations and activity stations. There will be picture taking with Santa Claus, gingerbread cookie decorating, and story time with Mrs. Claus. Participants will also receive a special present from Santa’s bag and a “secret Santa special snack.” Cost is $30 per keiki. All proceeds benefit the Hawaii Children’s Discovery Center.
