Meet Hello Kitty At Sanrio Ala Moana
Sanrio Ala Moana celebrates its new ownership by Nakajima USA with a party Feb. 20 and 21.
Meet Hello Kitty both days at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. There also will be mystery discounts, games, surprise bags, sale items, new product launches, free balloons and more while supplies last. Event is subject to change.
At Ala Moana Center, Sanrio is located on the ground floor near Foodland.

Sundays are Fundays At Ward Centers
Sundays are Fundays returns to Ward Centers Feb. 21 with free demonstrations, family fun activities, entertainment and prizes.
Festivities include:
* A Chinese art exhibit to celebrate the Year of the Tiger and sampling of Chinese delicacies at Deuces Hawaii.
* Glaze your own raku from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with Jeff Chang Pottery and Fine Crafts at the Ward Centre parking area behind Satura Cakes.
* Mr. Egg Roll offers a Chinese food booth from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the ewa end of Ward Warehouse.
* Hawaiian cultural practitioners, stone carving, woodcarving and tapa making at Native Books/Na Mea Hawaii.
* A wide selection of cultural-themed shirts will be offered by Novel-T World from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the ewa end of Ward Warehouse.
* Calendar giveaway with any purchase of $49 or more at Sedona. Also, receive free feng shui remedy, and a DZI Bead and Stone recommendation chart for 2010 with any purchase.
* Year of the Tiger coloring activity at Taj Clubhouse.
* Hands-on calligraphy demonstrations at Ward Warehouse from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
* Martial arts performance by Koko Head Martial Arts Academy from 10:30 to 11 a.m. on the Ward Warehouse amphitheater stage. Three lion dance groups will disperse throughout Ward Centers following the performance.
* A performance by the Phoenix Dance Troupe on the Ward Warehouse amphitheater stage from 10 to 10:30 a.m.
* Taiko performance by the Taiko Arts Center on the Ward Warehouse amphitheater stage at 1:30 p.m. The Taiko Arts Center also will have a booth with cultural crafts and mochi from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition, Sundays are Fundays shoppers can enter to win one of five $100 Ward Centers gift cards. Entry boxes will be located at the participating merchants listed above. One entry per shopper, per store. Must be 13 years of age or older. No purchase necessary.
Future Sundays are Fundays at Ward Centers are scheduled for March 21, Aug. 15 and Sept. 19.
