Kahala Mall Back In Business

Heavy rain flooded Kahala Mall on March 31 causing the mall to close for the next three days. All of the carpet in the indoor mall was removed, and new carpet is on order. According to mall officials, a broken nail, a bad hair day, a little water ... these things don’t get a diva down. Most stores have since reopened for business and mall activities are still on schedule. However, community events have been cancelled for the rest of April. Free Easter Gift Wrap
Kahala Mall will be offering its complimentary gift wrap services for all your Easter gifts from Friday, April 14 to Saturday, April 15 during mall hours. Visit the Gift Wrap kiosk, located between Claire’s and Calista, and show your same day Kahala Mall receipts with your purchase. Some restrictions apply.
Easter Bunny Photo-op
The Easter Bunny hops over to Kahala Mall for his annual springtime appearance now through Saturday, April 15. Have your picture taken with the Easter Bunny at the Easter Photo Garden, fronting AVEDA. Digital photo packages will be available for $15, including tax. The first 300 keiki to visit the Easter Bunny will also receive a Kahala Mall goodie bag.
Easter Bunny Visiting and Photo Hours: Monday-Thursday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Easter Bunny takes a break from 1 to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 5 p.m. daily.

Scout for your next bag at the Junior League of Honolulu’s Sacs in the City preview event at Kahala Mall on Friday, April 14 and Saturday, April 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event offers an exclusive first peek at some of the handbags to be featured in the Junior League of Honolulu’s silent auction fundraiser on Saturday, April 29 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Tapa Ballroom from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Proceeds benefit My Story, a personal development program to empower adolescent girls.
