L’Occitane en Provence is launching a new men’s fragrance line Eau des Baux just in time for Father’s Day. It includes a new fragrance based on the cypress tree, a shower gel and a deodorant. In Hawaii, L’Occitane is located at Ala Moana Center.
The new fragrance line Eau des Baux honors the Chevaliers of Les Baux. In Provence, the medieval village and fortress of Le Baux sits high above the Val d’Enfer. As the legend goes, the knights of this village had chosen the cypress as a symbol of strength and courage. The dark red packaging of the line reflects the color of the knights’ uniform, their signature gold and silver guiding star and a box in the color of cypress wood.
The new fragrance Ea des Baux eau de toilette is a woody, spicy oriental fragrance built on the stature of the cypress tree. It is mysterious, powerful and confident like the knights of Les Baux. ($40 for 3.4 fl oz bottle)
The Eau des Baux Shower Gel is a vegetal based shower gel that cleans hair and body gently leaving the sensual oriental scent of Eau des Baux on your body. ($18 for 8.4 fl oz bottle) The Eau des Baux deodorant is a stick deodorant with a smooth and fresh texture that glides on easily, dries quickly and fights odor causing bacteria. It does not contain parabens or aluminum salt. ($15 for a 2.6 oz stick)
