Cosmetics Trend Show At Nordstrom
Mark your calendars for the popular Cosmetics Trend Show at Nordstrom Oct. 29. The event, called Red Carpet Glamour, highlights the newest makeup, skincare and fragrance must-haves. Industry experts will update you on the latest beauty trends and share their secrets.
Doors open at 7:15 a.m. and the show begins at 7:45. Tickets are $15 and are redeemable toward your cosmetics purchase of $15 or more on the day of the event. Armani Exchange Reopens In Waikiki
AX Armani Exchange celebrates the relocation of its Waikiki store with a grand opening celebration Oct. 13 from 7 to 11 p.m. Guests can enjoy music by DJ Kool E and host emcee Sam the Man from 102.7 Da Bomb, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a photo booth, and a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree. In addition, every guest who makes a purchase that evening will receive a limited edition AX Waikiki T-shirt.

Tiare Teiti Opens At Ward Warehouse
Tiare Teiti Boutique opens at Ward Warehouse Oct. 15 featuring the collection of designer Ida Teiti, including dresses hand cut from a Tahitian pareo and sewn here in the Islands. The store also will carry made in Hawaii boardshorts for men and boys, as well as swimwear by local company Honey Girl Water Wear and Little Honeys.
There also will be products imported from Tahiti, such as Grade A Tahitian Vanilla Bean, soaps, footwear, bags, purses, authentic Tahitian black pearls, and tamanu, tiare and vanilla oil cold pressed.
