Fascinating article ... could there be a more perfect overall exercise than the push-up? My two college age sons are crazy for the Perfect Pushup [perfectpushup.com] ... I think because it encourages the arms natural tendency to rotate ... or maybe just because they like looking ripped.

I have a SoCal girlfriend who uses it as summer approaches because she wants to look good in sleeveless shirts ... guess vanity is always a factor
